Orders purchased online and paid for on our website will be shipped from Toronto to the Americas and from Belgium to Europe.
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves Be Mak Paris until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with Canada Post or the post office service in your country. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer’s responsibility. Be Mak Paris cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing package claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.
SIGNATURE
All packages require a signature upon delivery. A tracking number will be provided once the package ships.
